Please feel free to browse our site and our very cool cars. We're always on the lookout for cars for our collection, cars for restoration and cars for friends. If there's a cool car that you're looking for or if you have one for sale, drop us an email or give us a call. We also have a collection of cars not advertised here, but some of which we'd let go for the right trade or for the right price. Keep an eye on this page, where i'll try to keep you up to date with incoming inventory, recent acquisitions and other cars of interest.
WE'RE ALWAYS INTERESTED IN BUYING INDIVIDUAL CARS OR ENTIRE COLLECTIONS!
Just home from New York and the RM Sotheby’s auction. The “Art of the Automobile” concept was a very cool one and the results show that we’re still in a strong market which continues to strengthen. Sitting in the garage and waiting for my return were our new Maserati Ghibli 4.9SS coupe and Red/Black 1971 Ferrari 365 GTC/4. Weather hasn’t permitted my usual pics, but here’s a taster of just how nice this Maserati is. The Ferrari is it’s equal, if not better, with pics coming ASAP. Here are some auction pics too.
A very cool 1970 Maserati Ghibli 4.99SS Coupe is on it’s way Definitely one of the best-driving early 70’s European Coupes and they look SO COOL! I’m looking forward to putting a few miles on this beauty. It’s going to be a tough call though, whether to jump into this or the Ferrari 365GTC/4, when I want to tour through the mountains.

Waiting for me when I came back from my latest European adventure, (tracking down the best and most beautiful cars in the world, then trying to buy them), was this spectacular Enzo and stunning 1957 Mercedes 300SL Roadster.
The Enzo will be available for sale, the 300SL won’t.
Then, on my first day back at the office, our two new super-cool 1930’s Mercedes Benz 170’s rolled off the truck and into the garage. Fully restored and in perfect mechanical order, these are two very special cars.
2004 CHALLENGE STRADALE I guess everyone has a two-word phrase that gets them very excited. For my son Matthew it's "Japanese Manga", for my dad it's "deli samples" and for me the two words that perk my ears up and get my heart racing are "Challenge Stradale". The 2004 Ferrari 360 Challange Stradale is hands-down my favorite modern production Ferrari. The combination of the hyper 360 engine and more-advanced 430 F1 tranny is perfection! There's a reason why the 360 Challenge Stradale prices have for the most part remained constant, and occasionally increased, over the past few years. It's because this car is a thoroughbred. Here's your chance to own a great example of this amazing car. It's a car that aficionados appreciate as a truly great Ferrari. It's my "modern day version" of the Ferrari 288 GTO and has everything required to follow in that car's footsteps; limited production, great-looking and incredible to drive.
It's never been painted,
it still features it's very rare Wild Boar leather interior,
it was inspected for us by Valentino Balboni,
engine-out service by ex-Factory Head Tech,
FRESH LAMBORGHINI DEALER SERVICE!
(Call Ken today, these cars won't last long +1 828-654-3222)

Had a wonderful week in the UK, including a great time at Salon Prive (thanks Andrew and David, Peter and Mary), where our spectacular 1936 Mercedes Benz 540K Cabriolet A Sport took home 2nd in it's class.
I also enjoyed the splendor of St James' Palace for a Concours event with my son Matthew, and finally on to the London RM Auction, where I fell in love and bought two killer pre-war Mercedes to bring back to North Carolina.
The red one is a rare 6-cyllinder 1935 170 Sedan that has a matching trailer and the black one is a 1939 170V Cabriolet. These cars will arrive soon and will be available for purchase. Both are EXCELLENT, completely restored cars in fine running condition.
Finished my trip with the best curry of my life at Tamarind in London W1 (thanks for that recommendation Ekaterina).
Back from a successful week at Pebble Beach and Monterey. We added four new cars to the permanent collection; a 72 Porsche 911S Targa, a Maserati Ghibli 4.9SS Coupe, an Aston Martin DB4 and an Aston Martin DBS. On my way home, I stopped in San Francisco and bought a stunning late-build 1970 Lamborghini Miura S with factory A/C and SV Spec ventilated brakes, which will be coming back to Asheville for sale.
I'm pretty excited about the Citroen 2CV that's on it's way. "WHAT, " (I hear you guys screaming) "is cool about a Citroen 2CV?" Well, it's no ordinary 2CV. It's a 2CV Sahara. Never heard of a Sahara? Well, check out this video and be AMAZED!
I've just returned from a successful trip to Tokyo where I picked up this STUNNING ENZO for the permanent collection.
Easily the best-looking Enzo I've seen, in showroom condition, just 497 kilometers, Ferrari Classiche Certified and a drop dead Red interior.
I also had the opportunity to view several JDM car collections, (Too much fun! I think there's a teenage "tuner" hidden underneath this European Connoisseur's visage).
Sometimes (ha, who am i kidding)… ALL THE TIME, I fall in love with cars that I should be selling and I have to remind myself that I can't keep them all! I would love to keep this one, i really would, but it's meant for a TRUE HEALEY ENTHUSIAST. If that's you, I dare you to check out these pictures and the story of our 11,790 mile barn find Austin Healey 3000 MKIII BJ8.
You may never have another opportunity to buy a car like this. I'm honored that my buddy Joe has asked me to help him market this AMAZING GT40 MKIV #J16. Built by Kar Kraft from the original blueprints, this car is considered a continuation car by the Shelby Registry. READ THIS OVERVIEW (WARNING LARGE FILE 13MB) It's thoroughly sorted and ready to blow your mind. This car is VERY IMPRESSIVE in person. Enjoy these pics
Back in the office after a wet weekend at Mike Yager's VW Funfest in Effingham (best name for any city EVER!) Illinois. The rain tried to wash us out, but we had a great time anyway. Mac Jones' WWII Collection of KdF cars and other hictoric war items is worth the trip alone and all of the donations go to a WWII Veterans Memorial. Mike has a Corvette Funfest later in the year. If you're interested in Corvettes or car shows in general, I encourage you to check out this one, I can't remember an event with a better host or as enthusiastic a family as the Yagers. I'll have some pics online soon.
I took The opportunity of stopping by my friend Mac's place near Memphis and traveling with him to Effingham, just so that he could give me a driving lesson in one of our recent acqusitions for the private collection. Here's a video -> http://youtu.be/A6W446U81vw
Another addition to the permanent collection, a 1962 Maserati 3500GT. I've been looking for the right car for a while now and finally found this one. We're going to take it back to it's original color and add it to the permanent collection. I WOULD LOVE TO FIND ANOTHER 3500GT Coupe or a 3500GT Spider, so if you know of these, please contact KEN 828-674-6155. I'm also looking for a Bora, Ghiblis and Mistrals.Today we ship the Lamborghini Diablo GT and the 65 Superformance 427 Cobra to Dubai. Two truly wicked cars, which we'll certainly miss. Here's a video that I shot of the Lamborghini today.
Essen Techno Classica finished with a BANG for us. We bought another 250GT Ellena, a Fiat 750 Abarth Double Bubble Zagato (for the permanent collection) and a super-cool Lancia Flamina Super-Sport Zagato for restoration.
Our Porsche GT1 and 959 were on display and I took the opportunity to test drive our 959 on the AUTOBAHN. We pulled up to the gas station, loaded up on 100 octane and took our new beauty out on a wonderful 150mph run. (Now, I can scratch that one off the bucket list.)
Click the pic on the left for more pics of our GT1. If you're interested in purchasing a 959, this beauty is on her way to Monterey for the RM auction. I have a 1988 Komfort version in the same color on the way from Germany, due to land in the States soon. Call me (KEN) to discuss +1 828-654-3222
My other Essen highlight having lunch with Valentino Balboni! He was instrumental in a deal that we just closed on an Italian collection (details coming soon). Here's a sample of just a very few of the great cars on display in Essen.
